At Cantabria Labs, we want you to be completely satisfied with your skincare purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return unopened products in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and obtain a Return Authorization Number.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the unused products in their original box, ensuring all protective seals are intact to qualify for a refund.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it to the outside of your package, covering any previous delivery markings.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our dermatological lab receives and inspects your return, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
